It's the Otaku News mascots Miyuki as a magical girl with her cat Hakubo as magical aide! With the current popularity of Puella Magi Madoka Magica, I thought "magical girl" would be a fitting theme for this year's postcard image.
I drew many influences from Sailor Moon, Card Captor Sakura and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's outfit from her Candy Candy music video!
