Toymation
Toymation is a UK-based online store specialising in Anime, Comics and movie memorabilia, with its focus on personalised bespoke products. Having recognised the success of TokyoToys due to my creation of Coco Monkey as their mascot character, the owners of Toymation sought to have a mascot of their own to strengthen their brand - and so Tobi the toy robot was born. My main inspiration for the design was based on the Japanese ASCII-based emoji that conveys a content, smiling expression. (^__^)

Kantan Living
Kantan Living are a UK-based retailer specialising in selling Japanese homewares and snacks at various events around the country such as MCM Comic Con, Hyper Japan, BBC Good Food Show and Summer in the City (now known as Social in the City). I designed the logo and accompanying mascot illustrations to match the cute and fun vibe of the brand. Each character is a personification of the types of products that the shop sells.
